Action Learning

This is a well-established and cost-effective approach to leader development using groups of around six with an action learning facilitator.   A set member presents an issue that is significant to them and to the business.   Through questioning and comment the group helps them to take a fresh look and identify ways of tackling it.  The opportunity to reflect out loud, get others’ perspective, be challenged on your assumptions all contribute to this approach offering real benefits to individuals and their organisation, as new thinking is put into practice.
