Penny Lock is an organisational consultant, specialising in the development of leadership and team effectiveness. Her work includes leader development, group facilitation, team coaching, board development, evaluation and action learning. She coaches individuals in senior leadership roles and supervises coaches and consultants.

Catherine StJohn-Smith

Catherine is a supportive yet challenging consultant, facilitator and business coach with particular expertise in talent, leadership, personal effectiveness, change and employee engagement.

Liz Finney, MA (Cantab), AoEC Diploma in Executive Coaching

Liz is a skilful and experienced group facilitator, coach and researcher. She is known for her warmth, wit and insight and her ability to encourage real and productive debate, reflection and learning.

Sue Belgrave

Sue is an experienced, challenging and compassionate organisation and personal development consultant. As General Manager for Company Culture for The Body Shop International Sue had responsibility for OD in a global business; as Programme Director for the Organisation Development Practionner Programme at Roffey Park Institute,  Sue helped build OD capability in others. As an external consultant Sue has worked on creating effective organisations in all sectors.

 

 

 

Caroline Stearman

Caroline is an independent organisation development consultant, having run her own business for 7 years. Prior to this she spent 7 years as a Senior Consultant at Roffey Park Institute. Before consultancy she worked as an internal L&D and OD consultant across different sectors including the oil industry, international relief and development, human rights and the public sector; her consultancy clients are reflective of this experience in a range of sectors.

 

Breda Flaherty

Breda is an organisational consultant, specialising in leadership development, change management, and service improvement. Her work includes leader development, change projects, group facilitation, leadership simulation, board development. She specialises in coaching individual senior leaders, facilitating action learning sets for senior leaders working with complexity, and leading change management and engagement processes.

Pete Hamill

Pete is a consultant, facilitator and coach with an international background in leadership and organisational development, and is an expert in the field of Embodied Leadership, on which he has written a book. He is interested in leadership and personal development, including the role that conflict plays in organisations and society. In his coaching work, Pete is a coach for senior clients across the public and private sectors.

 

 

 

 

Clare Levi

As a workplace coach, facilitator and trainer Clare's clients are varied. Within the NHS, it's about helping healthcare professionals, clinicians and their teams perform to the best of their abilities through improved self-awareness, better communication, more engaged, collaborative and trusting teamwork. Much of her work is done through one-to-one coaching, team communication and trust building skills workshops, including reflective practice groups. 

 

 

Nichola Jacob

Nichola is a highly experienced coach and team developer who works alongside people to support their development as leaders in the context of their current and future work environments.She has over 30 years of experience working in a number of business contexts and cultures, across both the public and private sectors, bringing with her some different perspectives as well as her experience of leading her own teams. She has a breadth and depth of experience particularly in the areas of one-to-one coaching, senior team and Board development. 

 

 

Sue Mortlock

Independent leadership consultant and coach, Sue was previously Head of Board Development at the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement and has worked with many Boards for over 15 years, undertaking Board diagnostic and development work. Past achievements include building a cadre of internal accredited coaches and coach supervisors across the NHS and leading the development, consultation and launch of the NHS Leadership Framework.

 

 

 

 

Jem Peel

Jem is a coach, facilitator, and dialogic organisational development consultant. Jem has a strong track-record as a process consultant to senior teams and leaders operating across organisational boundaries. His experience spans many sectors and industries, including health and social care, banking, communications, aerospace and charity.

 

 

 

 

Deborah Clow

Deborah is a skilled coach who brings a deep understanding of human relations to her work in people and organisational development. She is motivated by a passion for social justice and to make a difference to service users and communities. She works principally with public and voluntary sector organisations - such as the NHS, mental health, social care, prison and probation - supporting those who are responsible for looking after the most vulnerable people in our society.

 

Jane Hargreaves


Jane is an experienced Brighton-based administrator, who worked for over 20 years in a variety of administration roles for several large City based financial institutions. More recently she has specialised in working for small businesses and independent consultancies. Jane enjoys the variety and challenge of working with different clients covering a wide range of business sectors.
